The Harbor Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) describes how Umongous, Inc. d/b/a AYTM (“AYTM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you access or participate in The Harbor, AYTM’s community space hosted on Circle’s platform (“The Harbor”).By accessing or using The Harbor, you consent to the practices described in this Notice.
1. Relationship to Other Policies
This Notice should be read together with The Harbor Terms of Service and The Harbor Community Guidelines, which are incorporated by reference. This Notice applies only to your activity inside The Harbor.

Where there is any conflict:
Your use of Circle’s platform generally → Circle’s Privacy Notice applies.
Your use of AYTM products and services outside The Harbor → AYTM’s Privacy Policy applies.
Your participation inside The Harbor → This Notice applies, in addition to the two above.
2. Information We Collect in The Harbor
We collect the following categories of information when you access or participate in The Harbor:
2.1 Information You Provide
Account and Profile Data
Name, email address, avatar, biography, job title, professional background, and any other profile fields you choose to provide.
Posts, Comments, Messages, and Uploaded Content
Any content you post, upload, submit, or share within The Harbor (including text, images, audio, video, files, polls, and messages).
Event Participation and Responses
Attendance, RSVPs, sign-ups, chat interactions, and information submitted for Harbor events, discussions, or workshops.
Direct Messages
Content and metadata (timestamps, participants) related to private messages exchanged within The Harbor.
Feedback and Support Requests
Information you share when requesting help, reporting issues, or communicating with AYTM moderators.
2.2 Information Automatically Collected
AYTM receives from Circle the following categories of data generated through your use of The Harbor:
Device and Technical Identifiers
IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, unique identifiers, and diagnostic logs.
Usage and Activity Data
Pages viewed, content interacted with, time spent, features used, click behavior, and general analytics.
Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
Circle uses cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies. See Circle’s Cookie Policy: https://circle.so/cookie-policy
· AYTM does not directly collect analytics data from individual members beyond what Circle provides as part of platform functionality.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
AYTM may receive additional data from:
Circle (as platform provider)
Moderators and administrators
Linked social media accounts (if you connect them)
AYTM employees who engage with you inside The Harbor
3. How AYTM Uses Information
We use information collected inside The Harbor to:
Provide, operate, and administer The Harbor
Enable participation in discussions, groups, events, and messaging
Moderate content to ensure compliance with Harbor Guidelines
Respond to questions and support requests
Send Harbor-related updates, announcements, and administrative communications
Improve and enhance the Harbor experience
Identify, investigate, and address misuse, security issues, or policy violations
Generate aggregated or de-identified insights for internal reporting
Carry out any purpose described at the time the information is collected
We may also use aggregated, anonymized insights from The Harbor to inform AYTM’s community engagement and learning initiatives.
AI Use
AYTM does not use Harbor content to train AYTM’s commercial AI models or external LLMs.
Certain moderation or engagement features hosted by Circle may involve automated tools subject to Circle’s Privacy Notice. AYTM does not use content posted in The Harbor to train or refine any commercial or third-party AI systems. Circle may utilize limited automated moderation tools consistent with its own Privacy Notice.
4. How AYTM Shares Information
AYTM may disclose Harbor-related information as follows:
4.1 With Circle (Platform Provider)
Because The Harbor runs on Circle’s infrastructure, Circle receives and processes your information under its Privacy Notice.
AYTM does not control Circle’s independent data processing.
4.2 With AYTM Moderators, Administrators, and Staff
For content moderation, community management, support, and security.
4.3 With Other Harbor Participants
Your posts, profile, messages (where applicable), comments, and interactions are visible to other members of The Harbor.
4.4 With Service Providers
Vendors who support AYTM operations, such as:
analytics providers
communication tools
hosting and security partners
These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
4.5 For Legal, Security, or Compliance Reasons
We may disclose information to law enforcement or others if required by law or if necessary to:
comply with legal process
protect AYTM, users, or the community
investigate potential violations or harmful behavior
4.6 Business Transfers
If AYTM engages in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of assets, Harbor data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4.7 With Your Consent
We may share information for other purposes if you request or consent.
5. Third-Party Sites and Integrations
The Harbor may contain links to:
external websites
event platforms
resources posted by members
social media links
third-party profiles or tools
AYTM does not control these third-party services.
Please review their privacy policies before engaging with them.
6. Children’s Privacy
The Harbor is intended for adults. AYTM does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16. If we discover such information, we will delete it.
7. Data Security
AYTM implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard Harbor information.However, no online platform is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted through The Harbor.

8. International Transfers
The Harbor is hosted by Circle in the United States.
By participating, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information in the U.S. and other jurisdictions where AYTM or Circle operate.
9. Your Choices
9.1 Updating Your Information
You may update certain profile information within The Harbor.
9.2 Controlling Notifications
Notification settings may be managed inside your Harbor account settings.

Control of cookies is governed by Circle’s Cookie Policy: https://circle.so/cookie-policy
9.4 Leaving The Harbor
You may leave The Harbor or request account removal by contacting AYTM at:harbor@aytm.com
AYTM may retain certain information where permitted or required by law.
10. Retention
AYTM retains Harbor information only as long as necessary to:
operate the community,
fulfill the purposes described in this Notice,
comply with legal obligations,
maintain security and integrity,
or as permitted by law.
Circle maintains its own retention periods.
11. Changes to This Notice
We may update this Notice from time to time.
When we make changes, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above.Material changes may also be communicated through The Harbor.
